At Skechers Singapore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear or apparel doesn't fit quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Log in to your Skechers account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact, and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

Drop Off or Collection

Drop off your package at any authorized Ninja Van point or schedule a home collection via our returns portal for added convenience.

Quality Check and Refund

Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
